An ideal place to enjoy the view of the imposing mountains around the Three Peaks or to actively experience them. The unique natural landscape of the Dolomites invites you to go hiking, biking, speeding down on and off the slopes, and cross-country skiing – simply by leaving the house.

We place a high value on comfort in our 4 cozy holiday apartments. Wooden furniture, hardwood floors and traditional accents invite you to have fun and relax. The charm of the Alps will accompany you during your holiday in the Dolomites of Sexten / Sesto. Step out on the balcony or terrace, take a deep breath and let yourself be enveloped by the fresh mountain air. It is easy to feel at home here.

- Final cleaning: we charge € 40,00 per apartment
- Laundry service (on request): € 10,00 per wash
- Daily cleaning (on request within the day before – excluding kitchen): € 20,00
- Right in front of the house there is a public children’s playground.
- Pets (on request): you are welcome to bring your four-legged friend. We charge € 10,00 / day (without food).
- You are welcome to park your bike and skis in the garage. There is a shoe cabinet in the entrance area for ski and hiking boots.
- Non-smoking house: All apartments are non-smoking apartments. You are welcome to smoke on the balcony / terrace.
Deposit
When making a reservation, we ask for a deposit of 30 % of the total amount, by transfer to our bank account:

The reservation will be confirmed only after receipt of the deposit and with a written booking confirmation.
Final payment
The remaining amount can be paid on site in cash, by debit card, credit card or check.
Cancellation conditions
- Up to 7 days before arrival 30 % of the total amount (deposit).
- From 7 days up to the day of arrival, in the case of no show or early departure, we will charge 100 % of the total amount.

How to find us
The “Villa Erika” is located in the center of Sexten / Sesto.
By car:
- Via the Pusteria Road to San Candido, then continue to Sesto.
- Via Venezia – On the Comelico road (SS 52), over the Monte Croce pass and on to Sesto.
By rail:
- There are regular trains from Fortezza, connection/direct to San Candido, from there hop on a bus to Sesto (bus stop -30 m away from Villa Erika).
